How long does it take to receive my order?
Salt & Swell Surf Co. products are custom printed especially for you after your order is placed. Please allow up to 5 business days for production before your order ships. Delivery times vary depending on your location and the product ordered. Once your order ships, you’ll receive tracking information so you can follow it on its way.
What is your return and refund policy?
We want you to be happy with your Salt & Swell Surf Co. gear. Returns may be requested within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unused, and in their original condition.
Because our products are custom printed to order, please contact us before sending an item back so we can provide the appropriate return instructions.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible with your order information and photos of the issue so we can make it right.

Will the design look exactly like it does on my screen?
We do our best to represent our products and designs accurately. However, colors may vary slightly depending on your screen settings, garment color, printing process, and individual product.
How should I care for my Salt & Swell apparel?
Always follow the care instructions included with your garment. To help preserve printed designs, we generally recommend washing apparel inside out with similar colors and avoiding excessive heat.
